In Trump’s desire to cute regulations and maintain consumer well being, he stated that he wants to cut 75% or more of regulations. Today, he signed an EO that will likely achieve that. For every regulation they want to put in, they must remove two previous regulations. This is a brilliant way to slow the train of regulatory strangleholds on citizens trying to make products and perform labor.

Trump signs executive order to block new government regulations

Trump signs executive order to block new government regulations
President Donald Trump has signed a new executive order mandating that for each new government regulation being enacted, two need to be revoked.

The order is in line with the new president’s plan to slash regulations by as much as 75 percent, as Trump believes the expanding body of government rules is stifling the US economy.

“We’re cutting regulations massively for small business – and for large business,” Trump said, signing the document. “This will be the biggest such act that our country has ever seen.”

The White House sets aside a budget for regulations each year. Monday’s measure specifies the 2017 regulations budget as $0.

A temporary regulations freeze was put into place on Trump’s first day in office. The new executive action establishes the process for when the freeze expires.

“There will be regulation, there will be control, but it will be a normalized control,” Trump told reporters at the White House on Monday morning, as he signed the order.

The Obama administration was known for regulatory zeal, expanding the Federal Register to 81,640 pages in 2016 and setting a record for the greatest number of regulations issued in a single day with 527 pages on November 17, 2016.

Monday’s executive order is the sixth since Trump took the oath of office on January 20. He also signed ten presidential memoranda, including the one dated January 24 that instructed federal agencies to streamline the permit process and ease the regulatory burdens on small business.

UN Habitat III’s “new urban agenda” coming to you

With an enthusiastic call for “sustainable urban development,” the United Nations has adopted a far-reaching document intended as a blueprint for the future of cities around the world. Described by the UN as an “inclusive, action-oriented, and concise document,” the “New Urban Agenda” (NUA) was approved on Oct. 21, the final day of the UN’s Habitat III conference in Quito, Ecuador.

The NUA, the UN proclaims, “will guide the next twenty years of sustainable and transformative urban development worldwide.” “It is a vision,” the UN explains, “of pluralistic, sustainable, disaster-resilient societies that foster green economic growth.” The centerpiece of the NUA is the promotion of “compact cities,” in which people will have little choice but to live in densely populated, high-rise buildings in order to lower their impact on the environment.

According to UN figures, some 30,000 people attended Habitat III, 10,000 of whom were international visitors, representing 167 countries.

New Urban Agenda

In keeping with long-standing UN tradition, the Habitat III conference was convened to address a “crisis.” This one involves the problems facing cities. They are said to require “urgent action.” And who better than the United Nations, aided by a coterie of self-described “urban exports” and “stakeholders” could provide the top-down solutions that will make the world’s cities a better place to live in the decades to come? Among the commitments contained in the New Urban Agenda are:

Ensure environmental sustainability, by promoting clean energy and sustainable use of land and resources in urban development; by protecting ecosystems and biodiversity, including adopting healthy lifestyles in harmony with nature; by promoting sustainable consumption and production patterns; by building urban resilience, by reducing disaster risks; and by mitigating and adapting to climate change.

And:

Readdress the way we plan, finance, develop, govern, and manage cities and human settlements, recognizing sustainable urban and territorial development as essential to the achievement of sustainable development and prosperity for all.

Quito Implementation Plan

For all its grandiose pronouncements, the UN can’t force anybody to do anything. Knowing the UN lacks an enforcement mechanism that could compel cities and their residents to change their ways, numerous speakers at the conference emphasized the importance of converting the vision of the NUA into reality. To that end, delegates to Habitat III adopted the Quito Implementation Plan (QIP). “These voluntary commitments seek to be concrete actions, measurable and achievable, focused on implementation and with great depth of information for future accountability and transparency,” the UN says.

All of this may seem like little more than the typical blather served up by the chattering classes, whose members have far too much time on their hands. Unfortunately, the New Urban Agenda needs to be taken seriously thanks to a little-noticed rule being cooked up by Obama administration appointees at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing

Indeed, deep in the bowels of HUD, plans are underway that will make the pronouncements of Habitat III look like child’s play. As Stanley Kurtz of National Review Online has pointed out, HUD’s proposed “Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) rule is “arguably the most radical, transformative” initiative the Obama administration has ever undertaken. AFFH all but eliminates the independence of suburbs, towns, and small cities in the U.S. by forcing them to address supposed “imbalances” in the racial, ethnic, and class composition of their greater metropolitan areas. Under AFFH, suburbs that accept grant money from HUD will have to change their zoning codes and build high-density, low-income housing for groups HUD deems are “underrepresented.”

As NRO points out, “Suburbs may even be forced to relocate planned schools, transportation hubs, and business districts to answer to the federal bureaucracy’s ideas of racial, ethnic, and economic ‘balance.’” What’s more, unelected regional councils composed of HUD bureaucrats, housing advocates, and other “stakeholders” will oversee and enforce the scheme. Local elected officials and ordinary taxpayers will be shunted aside and will find themselves powerless in opposing the edicts of the feds and their henchmen.

AFFH is nothing short of federal zoning of America’s suburbs, with the goal of de facto annexation of those suburbs into central cities. When combined with the Obama administration’s “Waters of the United States” (WOTUS) rule, which creates an EPA-led regulatory structure for federal zoning of rural areas, AFFH will result in Washington calling the shots on housing and land-use decisions throughout the U.S.

The administrative regulatory state, which allows federal agencies to issue rules and regulations that have the force of law behind them, is far and away the biggest threat to personal liberty in the country. In the spirit of Habitat III, but with real power behind it, Washington’s crushing bureaucracy is poised to go where globalists at the UN and elsewhere could only dream of going.

Auditor Galloway identifies concerns with oversight procedures in audit of Oregon County
Recommendations also made to increase data security and citizen access to government information

JEFFERSON CITY, MO (June 9, 2016) Missouri State Auditor Nicole Galloway announced today that her office has released its audit of the government of Oregon County. The county, which is located on the Missouri-Arkansas border, received an overall performance rating of “good.”
Auditors raised a number of concerns about accounting procedures in the sheriff’s office, which have been raised in past audits. The sheriff relies on one employee, a bookkeeper, to perform nearly all accounting duties for the office, from receiving and depositing money to making payments and reconciling bank accounts. Without sufficient oversight of that employee’s work, the office faces an increased risk of loss or misuse of funds. Auditors recommended the office establish additional procedures to ensure money is appropriately received and recorded.
“In small offices where one or two employees have a great deal of responsibility, it’s critical that supervisors provide oversight and review,” Auditor Galloway said. “We want to create safeguards against loss or misuse of funds, and I’m encouraged Oregon County is taking our recommendations seriously and instituting new procedures to help protect public dollars.”
Auditors recommended changes to procedures in other county offices as well, including increased monitoring of the county’s fuel use and enhanced password protection measures to prevent unauthorized access to employees’ computers. Auditors also found the county commission violated the Sunshine Law in a number of areas, failing to post notification or agendas for meetings and failing to document reasons for holding a number of closed sessions.
The complete audit report can be found online here.

Below is an important article. I haven’t had time to vet everything, nor have I had the time to do the important work and beging to look at fed level cooperative/partnership agreements between the DNR and the Dept of Conservation here in Missouri. There could also be Memorandums of Understanding or MOU’s- and let me remind you of special form 424F- which basically ties every fed level agency to all other fed level agencies and obligates them to support each agencies initiatives and guidelines. It’s basically contagious contracting, and no one that owns any property can be certain they will not be affected by this.

Please feel free to begin researching this and share your results with us.

At the heart of a free and prosperous society is the principle of private property ownership. Without private property, the centralization and corrupting influence of power grows, as the freedom of the individual dissipates. Democratic socialism is a great example of the dissolution of private property, under which, the demands of the majority override those of the individual. The majority claims they have a “right” to the goods and services (property) of individuals and businesses. They then use the government as a vehicle of force to conscript property and take it.

It is much more liberating and moral to contract with others freely and compensate one another, making agreements mutually. It is better to earn one’s own keep, be responsible for personal decisions, and be respectful of each other’s personal property. The tenet of private property follows the principles of natural law, establishing boundaries so one party cannot harm or take from another.

When property is owned by the state, it is referred to as public property. Public property serves important purposes in today’s society; however, it can also be used to serve the interests of the powerful. When property is federalized and concentrated into the hands of the powerful, the individual ambitions of the people become stifled. When property is federalized and used for monopolistic purposes, individuals are herded and turned into serfs who must do as they are told. When property is concentrated into the control of powerful central planners, they decide what they think is best for everyone.

Today, an overwhelming amount of property in the Western United States is now owned and mismanaged by the federal government of the U.S., and is being used for international and secretive purposes (e.g. United Nations global sustainability programs, and large scale mining operations). According to statistics from TaxFoundation.org, the federal government now owns more than half of the land in the states of Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Idaho. The federal government owns over a third of the land in Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Wyoming and California. This is not good use of public property. This is power unchecked – a federal government accountable to no one.

Federal government finding new ways to take over property

Federal government bureaucracies such as the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) are being used as armies to intimidate and bully private property owners into complying with their demands. The EPA created the term, “Waters of the United States” to declare any rainwater that sinks into the ground as being connected to “navigable waters.” In this way, the EPA can dictate what individuals do with their private property, by declaring someone’s property a wetland, owned and overseen by the EPA. Private property owners are bullied into paying fines or giving up their property to the federal government through this tactic.

The BLM uses the same tactics to bully ranchers into paying grazing fees when their cattle roam freely and feed on the wild grasses of adjacent BLM land. This is what spurred the protests at the Bundy Ranch in Nevada. The armed BLM came to confiscate Bundy’s cattle, but backed down when the Bundys and other patriots defended their personal property.

When the Hammond family of Oregon attempted to save their cattle’s winter feed by starting back fires on their property, the flames inadvertently moved onto adjoining BLM land. Dwight and Steven Hammond now await a five year federal prison sentence because the BLM accused them of destroying federal property. These cases show that the power of the BLM is ridiculously out of control, unreasonable and dangerous. This case is the reason why there was a protest at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge inOregon. The protesters had every right to assemble peaceably, defend themselves, and speak their mind about government abuses, but the FBI arrived on the scene in paramilitary fashion, unjustly executing rancher Lavoy Finicum, arresting the peaceful assembly of ranchers, and even detaining a member of the press, Pete Santilli.

An even greater BLM land grab is in the making

U.S. Congressman Rob Bishop recently sent out a press release about 14 pages he uncovered from a Department of Interior (DOI) internal memo which details the Obama Administration’s plot to bypass Congress, and make it easier to confiscate and federalize land into the jurisdiction of the BLM.

The DOI memo reveals that a large BLM land grab is in the making. The pages reveal the need for an executive order which would bypass legislative hurdles by using an “Antiquities Act” to appropriate “cultural land” to be confiscated and managed by the BLM. The executive order would seek to target the “acute” problem of private land ownership that is adjacent to land already governed by the BLM. The targeted land includes 412,675 acres.

“In order to expand this network of treasured lands to include the diversity of landscapes currently managed by the BLM,” it states. The DOI memo also reveals, “The BLM recommends that any major funding increases be phased in over a five-year period to allow the BLM time to build capacity in order to accomplish the increased work-load.”

The war on private property ownership will continue in the West, as the BLM plans to take more and more land. The cries will grow louder to return public lands to the states, as individuals are forced to defend their private property against the federal government.

Excellent article about Agenda 21:

The Politburo Of The United Nations Is Already U.S. President Unless…

TN Note: Bravo to Canada Free Press Editor Judy McLeod for calling out Americans to push candidates to address Agenda 21, 2030 Agenda and the United Nation’s pernicious influence over our nation and communities everywhere. I have carefully documented that Technocracy is the driving meme behind Agenda 21, Sustainable Development, Green Economy, etc., and that its modern resurgence is at the hands of the elitist Trilateral Commission. Thus, when the head of Climate Change at the U.N. states “This is probably the most difficult task we have ever given ourselves, which is to intentionally transform the economic development model, for the first time in human history”, we had better pay attention. So far, no presidential candidate has acknowledged this, much less challenged it. Shame on us for not demanding that they do so.

No matter who emerges as the 45th president of the USA on November 8, it is not the newly-elected president who will get to control civil life.

That privilege belongs to The Politburo of the United Nations, which while most people still seem to hold only in the abstract, now controls almost every facet of civilian life.

The United Nations Politburo is already president of the United States; the president,  prime minister and king of almost every other country on Earth.  Long before gaining—through breath-taking stealth—the highest offices of the lands, they already owned the mayors and municipal councils of both towns and cities, whose elected officials were used both knowingly and unknowingly to spread their toxic Agenda 21.

The mainstream media, which gives saturation coverage to gossip about all Republican presidential contenders, virtually ignore UN encroachment on civilian lives and file the far-reaching Agenda 21 under ‘c’ for ‘conspiracy’.

But the UN Politburo wields more power than any Ted Cruz or Donald Trump, even though operating from the shadows.

Their members are real people.  Look at their pictures and keep their names on file.  They are the ones imposing Agenda 21 on you and your neighbourhood by pretending to have a monopoly on “sustainability”.

Participation in the Chief Executives Board includes the Executive Heads of the United Nations, its 11 Funds and Programmes, the 15 Specialized Agencies, and the Related Organizations – International Atomic Energy Agency and the World Trade Organization. Under the chairmanship of the United Nations Secretary-General, the Executive Heads meet twice a year to consider policy and management issues impacting organizations of the United Nations system.

Few of these people, whose pictures appear on Canada Free Press (CFP) are ever elected.  They are appointed in privacy.

This cabal that both runs the world and readies to impose One World Government on humankind, is going into overdrive to elect Hillary Clinton only because she will be the president who will give it the least resistance.

It was J. Gary Lawrence, advisor to President Clinton’s Council on Sustainable Development, who provided an alibi for the UN push for world takeover, hiding Agenda 21’s UN roots from the people: (Canada Free Press  March 1, 2011)

“Participating in a UN advocated planning process would very likely bring out many of the conspiracy- fixated groups and individuals in our society… This segment of our society who fear “one-world government‟ and a UN invasion of the United States through which our individual freedom would be stripped away would actively work to defeat any elected official who joined “the conspiracy‟ by undertaking LA21. So we call our process something else, such as comprehensive planning, growth management or smart growth.”

Protected by diplomatic immunity and masquerading as ‘peace makers’,  the UN is reaching its über zenith some seven months before the American election.  On April 22, 130 of its world leaders will sign COP21, the all-encompassing Agenda 21, bequeathed on a largely unknowing society by an equally unknown to society, late Maurice Strong.  (Agenda 21)

“U.N. Agenda 21 calls for governments to take control of all land use and decision-making power from private property owners.  It is assumed that people are not good stewards of their land and the government will do a better job if in control.

“Individual rights in general are to give way to the needs of communities as determined by the governing body.  Moreover, it is proposed that people be resettled into islands of human habitation, close to employment centers and transportation.  Another program, called the Wildlands Project spells out how most of the land is to be set aside for non-humans.

“U.N. Agenda 21 cites the affluence of Americans as being a major problem which needs to be corrected.  It calls for lowering the standard of living for Americans so that the people in poorer countries will have more…i.e. redistribution of wealth.  Although people around the world aspire to achieve the levels of prosperity we have in the United States and will risk their lives to get here, Americans are cast in a very negative light and need to be taken down to a condition closer to average in the world.  Only then, proponents say, will there be Social Justice, a cornerstone of the U.N. Agenda 21 plan.”

And all of the above is just the top, peeled-back layer of the insidious Agenda 21 killing off freedom and liberty not just in America but almost everywhere on earth.

Since Clinton’s presidency and even before, no U.S. administration has ever tried to stop Agenda 21 from its chokehold on civilian life.

CFP, who learned everything it ever knew about Agenda 21 by decades observing Canadian Maurice Strong in action, and at at the knee of the late Henry Lamb, respectfully disagrees with writer/activist Tom DeWeese, who suggests trios of citizens asking questions at public forums to “watch those clueless candidates squirm” as the best way to bring Agenda 21 to public attention.

“Do this to them at enough public gatherings and I guarantee they will start to look into the issue so they aren’t unprepared the next time,” he writes.

If Agenda 21 officially becomes the law of the land on April 22, there won’t be a “next time”, Mr. DeWeese.

There are seven short months between now and November 8, time to call on Ted Cruz and Donald Trump with this on-point message: “The most important issue before America and the Free World is STOPPING AGENDA 21 FULL STOP.”

The only possible remedy for the 2016 presidential election is to come out of the weeds to coalesce around one or both of the two Republican front-runners. That’s the only way out in keeping Agenda 21 enabler Hillary Clinton out of office.

The  Ozarks Property Rights Coalition  will meet Thursday, March 24. At 6:00 pm according to co-chairman Bob Parker.

Topics of discussion will include the DNR land and cash grab in Oregon County, a recent rally in the lead belt counties, the upcoming elections and caucus and suspicious activity conducted at area schools by individuals who appear to be middle eastern in origin.

Those attending are encouraged to come early to eat and visit. For more information call 417-264-2435.

The Mountain Grove PRC will be meeting on February 25th at the Sunnyside Restaurant just north of Walmart in Mountain Grove. The meeting will run from 6pm to 8pm and Bob Parker will be sharing information about the Missouri DNR buying private property instead of cleaning up lead contamination in the areas of Missouri that funds were designated to clean up.

At issue is the purchase of two tracts in Oregon county totaling 5000 acres that the DNR is purchasing instead of doing the lead remediation in counties to the north and east of Oregon county.

If time allows, there will also be an explanation of the manner in which various federal level agencies work in conjunction with state counterparts to achieve the goals of the federal agencies, and some highlights regarding important state level issues related to your private property rights.

Please come early and enjoy the buffet at Sunnyside before the meeting.
