Cannon Ball, ND — (Common Dreams) Growing in number and spirit, the Standing Rock Sioux protest against the Dakota Access Pipeline is swiftly gaining strength ahead of a federal hearing on the controversial project. Support has spread across the country, and thousands have descended on the peaceful “prayer camps” in recent days, prompting state officials on Monday to remove the demonstrators’ drinking water supply.

North Dakota homeland security director Greg Wilz ordered the removal of state-owned trailers and water tanks from the protest encampment, despite the sweltering heat, because of alleged disorderly conduct, according to the Bismarck Tribune, including reports of laser pointers aimed at surveillance aircraft.

“People are getting overheated now already,” said Johnelle Leingang, the tribe’s emergency response coordinator, as temperatures hovered around 90º F on Monday. “It’s very hurtful.”

Tribal activists say the state’s response, which includes surveillance, road blockades with military checkpoints, and a state of emergency declaration, has been overly aggressive and manipulative.

“It is deeply ironic that the Governor would release emergency funds under the guise of public health and safety, but then remove the infrastructure that helps ensure health and safety in the camp,” said Tara Houska, national campaigns director for Honor the Earth.

The supplies were provided last week by the North Dakota Department of Health at the tribe’s request to support the roughly 2,500 people now gathered along the Standing Rock reservation’s border on the Cannonball River, near where the pipeline is slated to cross.

LaDonna Allard, director of one of the prayer camps, said, “The gathering here remains 100 percent peaceful and ceremonial, as it has from day one. We are standing together in prayer…Why is a gathering of Indians so inherently threatening and frightening to some people?”

“This is nothing but repression of our growing movement to protect our water and future generations,” Houska added.

Standing Rock spokesman Steven Sitting Bear said he’s received “notifications from tribes all over the country that have caravans in route, so it’s continuing to grow.”

On Wednesday, high profile activists and supporters are rallying in Washington D.C. outside the U.S. District Court, where members of the Standing Rock Sioux will argue that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers granted Energy Transfer Corporation approval for the 1,172-mile pipeline without tribal consent.

The tribe says that the pipeline—which will carry up to 570,000 barrels of fracked Bakken oil daily across four states to a market hub in Illinois—puts the sacred waters of the Missouri River at great risk.

Climate campaigner and co-founder Bill McKibben penned an op-ed on Monday offering a vision of “what it might mean if the  if the Army Corps, or the Obama administration, simply said: ‘You know what, you’re right. We don’t need to build this pipeline.’”

“It would mean that after 525 years, someone had actually paid attention to the good sense that Native Americans have been offering almost from the start,” he continues:

One has the ominous sense of grim history about to be reenacted at Standing Rock. North Dakota authorities—who are in essence a subsidiary of the fossil fuel industry—have insisted that the Sioux are violent, that they have “pipe bombs.” There are rumors about calling in the National Guard. The possibility for renewed tragedy is very real.

But the possibility for a new outcome is there as well. The Army Corps of Engineers might back off. The president might decide, as he did with Keystone, that this pipeline would “exacerbate” climate change and hence should be reviewed more carefully. We might, after five centuries, actually listen to the only people who’ve ever successfully inhabited this continent for the long term.

Construction on the pipeline remains halted after developers paused the project last week in anticipation of the Wednesday hearing.

Meanwhile, a U.S. District Court hearing on whether a preliminary injunction should be issued against the protesters has been rescheduled from Thursday to Sept. 8, although a restraining order against the demonstrators has also been extended until then. Filing the order on Monday, U.S. District Judge Daniel Hovland wrote that factions are ‘”strongly encouraged to meet and confer in good faith’ to try and resolve the dispute out of court,” the Tribune reported.

Below from Eric Vimont:

Hi Friends,

Below is a list of the state senators that are at risk of changing their vote on the constitutional carry bill that the governor will veto today, thereby allowing the veto to stand.

We need to tell them to be men and stand fast or face the consequences.

As one headline I saw said ” disarming the good guys will not disarm the bad guys!”…….

Thank you,

Eric Vimont       No Victim – No Crime!

Hey Eric,

All Senators present at the time of the vote was taken voted “YES.”  If they all remain yes votes we should have no problem overriding the governor’s veto.
I would suggest contacting each one, especially the republicans (we don’t need the democrats, anyway).
Republicans in bold.

What:          The Ozarks Resilience Group – Inaugural (1st ) Meeting

When:        2:30 – 5 pm   Sunday,  August 14th,  2016

Where:      The Library Center4653 S Campbell Ave, Springfield, MO – Meeting Room B

Agenda:  Why Prepare?  &  What is The Ozarks Resilience Group?

  • Potential Threats – Probability vs Hardships – Attitude – Knowledge – Action Plan
  • ORG  Mission, Precepts & Key Concepts – Organizational Structure

Resilience:  “The ability to recover from setbacks, adapt well to change, and keep going in the face of adversity or hardships

Many Americans believe that our elected leaders know what they’re doing, and things will be OK – that we may have occasional hiccups in the economy – but we’ll continue on pretty much as we have been.

Others believe that some form of societal collapse is not only certain – but imminent.

Regardless of how you may believe – one thing is certain:  We live in uncertain times – and unless you’re in the .01% “donor class”, you’ve probably been feeling that “The American Dream” is becoming more & more difficult to attain – especially for our children & grandchildren.

Most folks consider purchasing traditional insurance (medical/auto/home/life) to protect against possible hardships to be the only prudent thing to do.  Is it not also prudent to acquire “insurance” for other hardships that could occur?

Helping each other acquire these other forms of “insurance” is what ORG is all about – thus developing resilience in order to deal with “whatever may come our way” – some call this “prepping”.

ORG MISSION STATEMENT:   The Mission of the Ozarks Resilience Group is to foster Resiliency thru Preparedness among Members, Neighbors and the Community at large – in order to Mitigate Hardships likely to occur in the event of foreseen or unforeseen contingencies or disasters.

We will accomplish this by conducting Training to increase relevant Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities – as well as Physical Preparations.

The Ozarks Resilience Group will primarily focus on contingencies that meet (all 3) criteria:

  1. It’s something that affects you if/when it occurs
  2. It’s something that causes you hardship if/when it occurs
  3. It’s something which you can reasonably prepare for in advance

  • ORG is NOT a militia – but DOES Support & Defend the U.S. Constitution Against All Enemies, Foreign and Domestic
  • All are welcome* – Everyone is assumed to have at least some relevant Knowledge, Skills & Abilities to contribute
  • All are encouraged to Actively Participate – but it’s OK if you just want to observe & learn
  • DO Maintain an Open Mind & Respect the opinions of Others
  • NO personal attacks, flame wars, etc. PERIOD – but it is OK to disagree without being disagreeable J
  • DON’T be offended if others don’t agree with you on some issues – “Don’t get yer Knickers in a Knot”
  • DO Admit it when you’re wrong (or might be) – or if you Don’t Know
  • DO Stay Optimistic – Have Fun – Maintain a healthy sense of humor
  • ORG Membership is FREE – donations will be accepted to cover expenses for handouts, supplies, etc.
  • DO Things that will Help You to Live a Better Life – If Times Get Tough – Or Even If They Don’t Jack Spirko

  • Weekly meetings with presentations on resilience / preparedness / self-reliance / homesteading, etc.
  • Periodic workshops / seminars / field-trips, etc. for more in-depth training
  • Quarterly special events:  Campouts / bug-out drills / special training, etc.
  • Opportunities to socialize & collaborate with other “like-minded folks” in order to develop “community”
  • Opportunities to participate in group bulk purchases, group projects, etc.
  • A mechanism for measuring one’s relative degree of preparedness (similar to a credit score)

* Note:  You will NOT be welcome if you:

  1. Make a habit of:  instigating conflict, being disruptive, or being overly argumentative, etc.
  2. Espouse, support, or adhere to:  doctrines or beliefs fundamentally incompatible with principles of democracy or the US Constitution.

As everyone who has paid any attention to the US Presidential Primary shenanigans will know, the primaries are almost pointless. Amazingly, the Republicans did finally nominate Trump, as he was by far the most popular candidate, but Clinton got the Democratic nomination despite losing heavily in the popular vote, just about everywhere.

August 6, 2016—Here’s proof the August 2 Missouri primary election

was fraudulent from top to bottom.

I just read through the entire Missouri

election statute. I encourage every citizen

to read it. In some places its good, and

others it is not. The spaces in between are

where unscrupulous, silent, globalist

actors have hijacked Missouri elections, in my opinion. They have done

it by rigging our voting machines, rigging our laws, and with “man-in-
the-middle” offshore criminals.

First, here is the section on how to file a complaint, which, given

everything else we now know about how this lawyer club uses the law

as their private playground, it is probably pointless to file a complaint,

but probably cannot hurt either. It will give you legal standing for later

The Court of Public Opinion

The best weapon is the Court of Public opinion. It appears to be the only

pressure these people truly fear. They have got all of us thinking we

can’t move without hiring an attorney. Poppycock! We are the Citizens

who gave them their power. If the public gives up and is silent, they

win. Use your CITIZEN’S VOICE. Storm the gates. Offices. Complaints.

Media. Radio. Meetings of every kind. Make noise and do not stop until

it is fixed. This is our American electoral process that has been hijacked!

What can be more important?

Lawyers and lawsuits are not going to fix this mess. Lawyers created it,

or worse, were silent when it was created. The People must assume

control of THEIR ELECTIONS. These scoundrels don’t own our sovereign

rights. They must be deposed from the delegated power we gave them

and that they are now abusing. Among other things, make noise and

complaint to the verification boards set to meet in the next 10 days. Tell

them their certifications will be fraudulent.

Verifications Boards will be meeting soon

Section 115.503.1 Verification board to inspect or cause inspection of

secured electronic voting machines.

Section 115.507.1 Announcement of results by verification board,

contents, when due–abstract of votes to be official returns.

“15.507. 1. Not later than the second Tuesday after the

election, the verification board shall issue a statement

announcing the results of each election held within its

jurisdiction and shall certify the returns to each political

subdivision and special district submitting a candidate or

question at the election.”

Storm the Gates of the Verification Boards

Put the boards and election authorities on notice that you as a citizen

believe their verifications are/will be fraudulent since leap-of-faith

certifications of the outputs of electronic voting machines by election

judges are fraudulent―that there is no logical way to verify and certify

if that printout reflects the true vote.

Show them the statute below which the election judges are fraudulently

certifying without any firsthand knowledge of what they are certifying.

No count can be legitimately certified because of the lack of

transparency of the EPROM software (software and tabulating logic

running on the electronic chips) inside each voting machine.

No election judge knows whether the totals on the printout are the

same as the selections made by the voter. They are certifying Missouri

elections in blind faith and without any knowledge of or ability to verify

the honesty and integrity of the unseen third party vendor

programmers doing the tabulation and reporting in bits and bytes.

Therefore, election judges, at a minimum, are unknowing and unwitting

participants in a massive fraud. Show them the HBO clip from Hacking

Democracy. Full Length | 7-min. Clip.

Further, the Missouri statute instructs the election authority (election

Section 115.456.1 Responsibilities of election authority–counting

optical scan ballots–counting paper ballots–marks indicating political

party preference, how construed.

Section (2) says: Prior to tabulating ballots, all machines shall be

programmed to reject blank ballots where no votes are

recorded or where an overvote is registered in any race

Election judges must certify the programming!

First, the rules prohibit election judges from tampering with the devices,

therefore, it would be impossible for them to do this programming.

Second, how many election judges are programmers qualified to

program these closed, proprietary, one-of-a-kind machines? At best,

very few, if any.

Therefore, when you confront your verification boards, you can

confidently state your belief that your election was fraudulent because

the election judges in your precinct could not have CERTIFIED that

Section (2) of Section 115.456.1 had been done. Therefore, since the

election judges presumably certified the precinct votes, then they are all

participating in this massive fraud.

This is a clever trick by the voting machine companies and their political

cronies to get the election judges across Missouri to be unwitting

certifiers of their fraud. Think of it, whatever is programmed on those

voting machines EPROMs, no matter how devious, is certified by

election judges in total blind faith in the veracity of the unseen digital

world. How naive are we? Very. The hackers in Silicon Valley are sitting

there laughing their heads off folks.

This dubious section in Missouri election law is a license to steal for

unscrupulous actors and voting machine vendors to steal any and every

In 2009, Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State paid for Facebook to build

her “a template for winning elections.” If you look at the Missouri

Secretary of State’s election results website what do you find on the

election results homepage? Multiple links to Facebook programmed

in. Just a coincidence?

Call to action:

DEMAND that the Verification Board in your district de-certify the Aug.

2, 2016 Missouri election. Demand that the election be done over with

new staffing. Fix the lack of bi-partisan transparency of our electronic

voting machines. Demand that every election authority at every level

that certified or had in the past certified Section 115.456.1 Section (2)

be fired and prosecuted for making fraudulent certifications of the

election results at least without firsthand knowledge of the

programming of the electronic voting machines.

Elections are one of the most sacred and sovereign rights of the

American Republic. Take charge of it before it is too late. A dark night

has appeared on the horizon.
