Constitutional Sheriff VP to Speak at Commonsense Property Rights Coalition Jan 5
Tim Stark, VP of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association will highlight the January meeting of the Common Sense Property Rights Coalition January 5 at 6 pm at Fred’s Fish House in Mammoth Springs according to board member Kevin Jotz.
“The CSPOA is a group of law enforcement officers and supporters dedicated to the idea that the sheriff and local police are peace officers dedicated to protecting the public and that the sheriff is the highest law enforcement officer in the county. It was founded by Sheriff Richard Mack of Arizona and includes thousands of people officers and supporters throughout the US/ Recently a member sheriff in New Mexico stood up to the IRS when they tried to confiscate a family’s property without due process, demonstrating that local and county authorities can protect the people against abuses by federal agencies” Jotz said.
Mr. Stark has especially asked that serving police officers and sheriff’s deputies attend the meeting, along with former cops and military veterans.
