Mountain Grove PRC Meeting CANCELLED!

Posted: September 24, 2013 in Meetings

After 12 years of meeting at the Hayloft Restaurant in Mtn Grove, we have lost our meeting place. The owners have shut the doors and begun their well deserved retirement.  We wish them all the best, and thank them for allowing us to use their meeting room for so long!

It does put us in a bit of a quandary, as we need to find another location to meet regularly. The timing of the Hayloft’s closing, and the scarcity or restaurants with meeting places has caused us to cancel our regular monthly meeting in Mtn Grove.

I was able to get a notice in the Mtn Grove paper and they are running a small article on our need for a new location. We do have the potential to use a church, but there are some concerns on that we may be too political and that is quite understandable, as we do not tend to shy away controversy! So we will continue to look and hope that we can find a location that will be beneficial to all involved. Keep your eyes and ears open for us please. We would like to continue to meet in the Mtn Grove area, but Cabool would be alright or outside Mountain Grove proper.

Keep checking the site, and when we have a place, you will be one of the first to know!

yeah if you don’t have a restaurant to stuff our belly in we can just sign over the constitution,
or hey Kerry signed a good part of it over yesterday to our old loving friends of the world

It’s more about having a meeting area where people can see and hear well. But yeah, this administration has clearly wiped their collective rear ends with our system of law and the principles upon which this nation was founded. So much so that it seems like we have no law but the law of governmental force. Very sad.
