Agenda 21 Passes Senate and Up in the House Today!

Posted: April 8, 2013 in Agenda 21/Sustainable Development, Legislative Issues

From our friend Laura Hausladen:
As posted earlier…SB265 (anti-A21) passed in the Senate on Thursday with only 9 opposed! Thanks to everyone who submitted a witness form and/or contacted your legislator. Your help DID make a difference!

NOW, we need your help again…

The companion bill in the House, HB42, is scheduled to come up for a vote this coming Monday, April 8 at 4 p.m.

1. Please contact your Representative and ask them vote “YES” on HB42.

Here is a link to find your Representative’s phone number and/or email address:

(Note: Agenda 21 “bullet points” are included below for you convenience in making your calls or sending your emails.)

2. Please contact House Majority Leader Tim Jones and House Majority Floor Leader John Diehl, respectfully asking him for their support in getting this bill passed.

Timothy Jones (110)
Room: 308
Phone: 573-751-0562

John Diehl (89)
Room: 302A
Phone: 573-751-1544

3. Please forward this to your contact/network lists asking them to take the same actions as noted above. We need all the support we can get from across the State to bring this bill to successful passage.

FYI…you are encouraged to attend the session on Monday, at 4 p.m., to watch the debate and the vote at the State Capitol.

Coincidentally…or maybe not so coincidentally….on the same day that the vote will be taken on HB42…April 8…Trailnet (the entity that stands to gain substantially from the passage of Prop P, etc.) and a couple of other similar A21 type groups are planning a rally at the Capitol because they want to lobby the legislators to get their cut of an $8 billion transportation tax that is pending!! Plus they’re going to go on bike rides with the legislators…isn’t that special?!

Missourians Against Agenda 21 (

● Agenda 21 was recognized by the National Republican Party platform in 2012 as a threat to the sovereignty to the United States. The policies of the United Nations plan named Agenda 21, commonly referred to here as “Sustainable Development”, Smart Growth, or Master Planning, are being implemented and disguised in Missouri through international and national organizations such as ICLEI, American Planning Association, and other environmental initiatives in communities all over the state.
● These organizations have a set of existing plans and regulations that are being executed through grants given to the unelected regional councils/boards across Missouri from the federal agencies such as the EPA, DOT, and HUD that obligate regions to the conditions of the grant money awarded. A majority of these grants limit or take away the private property rights and personal freedoms of Missourians.
● Legislators are unknowingly surrendering their authority and responsibilities to unelected regional councils and commissions, such as the Missouri Association of Councils of Regional Government (MACOG) (, and local boards (political subdivisions).
